Ford is one of the oldest automakers and pioneer of the mass production and time management techniques in the industry. For the diesel lovers, Ford has offered Duratorq TDCi Ford Transit connect 1.6-litre diesel engines in the UK. There are three power levels available from 94bhp to 113bhp. These engines are the top sellers in the Transit engine lineup. They have a fuel economy of 57 miles per gallon to 70.9 miles per gallon based on the version selected. Similarly, carbon emissions also record 105g/km to 128g/km based on the models.
For petrol lovers, Ford has introduced its highly reconditioned Ford transit connect engine in the UK, it is none other than the Eco Boost 1.0 litre engine, delivers excellent performance and fuel economy at the same time. At 99bhp, it returns a good fuel economy of 55 miles per gallon. There are many buyers who prefer the Eco Boost engine for the city cruising. A tiny swift petrol engine can make a difference. The transit has a huge aftersales market in the UK. This is the main reason why mechanics and small business buyers prefer transit vans. There are many awards won by the transit vans.
